Return Policy

At Easy2cake, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That is why we personally inspect every items quality before it is shipped. If you receive a product that is damaged we will gladly replace it for you, provided the following conditions are met: 

  • Please note that Cakes and other products would be returned and replaced only in case of any major damages are found. For any quality issues please refer our refund policies.
  • Easy2cake reserves the right to take the final decision on the returns and customer has to abide to our decision.
  • In case of damage, please file your claim immediately with support@easy2cake.com
  • As we are not responsible for breakage of merchandise while in transit.

No returns without our consent

  • The customer has to provide the photo of the damaged cake to us while claiming for replace.
  • We will do a quick investigation on your claim of damaged cake, if we found any issues in the delivery or vendor fault, we will re-deliver your cake/product or equivalent of it within 24 hrs. If we found any false claims made by the customer, we will not replace your cake/product. In any case Easy2cake reserves the right to take the final decision on your claim.
  • No return claims will be entertained/accepted after 10 hrs of the delivery. The claims must be logged with in 10 hrs of the delivery.

 

Please note that no return of the amount will be made in case of damages, else the product will be re-delivered to the same address within 24 hrs if we found the case true. Return of order amount will only be applicable if a product is cancelled before 48 hrs of the delivery date. For more information on this please refer our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
